Sara el. …She did something because I'm 09/09 And I'm still waiting and in California tabm .. And she doesn't answer 🤷🏽‍♀️😥
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
No inquiry and no K3. My husband is a software developer so being all these 10 months without working with a K3 in the USA wasnt something we wanted.
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
And we did not expedite either (we were going to on Monday with my lawyer). We tried contacting a South Florida congresswoman without any success.
sara elAug 11, 2022
@wilmarie thank you for your answering and congrats again.🎉 I hope we all hear good news very soon
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
Wishing you all the best of luck! I completely understand your struggle! thankfully they are already reviewing August/September 2021 cases!🥳
Adam LaracheAug 11, 2022
dumb question. what is AR? (AR-1 & AR2)
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
It means “Actively Reviewing”. They do 1 after submitting and 2 before approving or declining.
Adam LaracheAug 11, 2022
ah. so I have AR 1 that started 9 June 22. So wait for 2 before I get excited
Adam LaracheAug 11, 2022
thanks!
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
Exactly! It took for us 311 days after the first AR 1 to get the second AR 2
Adam LaracheAug 11, 2022
Wilmarie, your wife is/was overseas?
Wilmarie Rivera RodriguezAug 11, 2022
My husband is living and working in Italy throughout all this time. We visited each other every 3-4 months.

I want to know what to call uscis and tell them to find out my case location
Adam LaracheAug 11, 2022
Wilmarie. My wife is from Morocco. I've also spent a lot of time in Spain and France. Looks like we both love the Mediterranean
Zabdi 03Aug 11, 2022
taj red. When you get the recorder from saying the word infopass and they put you through to a representative then they ask you for the petitioner's information is the only person who can ask and their receipt number Then I asked if you are still in Texas there is a good chance that lately Usis is doing that and it is almost always to California that they make the change call to see (800) 375-5283
Zabdi 03Aug 11, 2022
you can also talk to emma type in Google Ask Emma and start and say I want to speak to a representative
