EB3 AOS approved 2 weeks after transfer to NBC
Just got the most waited update on my AOS! Hoping that the trend continues and everyone gets their GC before the end of USCIS fiscal year (September). Wish you all the best!

congratulations but what if your case don't get approved before the fiscal year close, does that mean your case will be abandoned? please how does this fiscal year thing works?
Caio CastroAug 11, 2022
Hi Kim, no. If it's not approved by September it remains pending and they'll adjudicate it next year normally. The reason why I mentioned it is because USCIS released a note stating that they were in a "good position" to adjudicate all 485's submitted by April 22 until the end of the fiscal year. Also they tend to rush and improve the numbers in the last quarter so they use all the available numbers.

Do you think โsubmitted by April 22โ includes applications submitted April 5th 2022? :)
Caio CastroAug 12, 2022
Hi C C I think there's a good chance, if not by September, maybe right after. I'm sending some immigration channels that I follow on YouTube, all 3 have great weekly updates on USCIS processing time trends, news, policy changes, tips, etc.
