endless mistakes by idiot Uscis agent
on 12/5/24 I requested for service request on my pending 485 which is out of the normal process time . but idiot agent made it on my denied and marriage base 485 which was denied on 12/8/2020 . Charlotte field office, where has my current 485 vawa basis 485 , response that , this application has already denied, does this mistake causes issues on my pending 485 which has different receipt number ? I already emailed to my attorney about this issue, tomorrow will call uscis as well .
does anyone can help me ,

Hi everyone, my case has been stuck in 'Case Was Received' status for 479 days. We raised a service request, but nothing has changed. Is anyone else experiencing similar delays? Is this the norm now?

hello people I need to know if anyone was on removal processing and got travel documents. .
I been in the USA for long time I want to go home but I applied for travel documents under Vawa but the denied me and my lawyer apply again. The judge put pending on my removal until my Vawa approved.
RFIE but also a request for bio metrics came
Hi! I filed my I-485 back in November and Pd is current. I recieved an RFIE on December 11th and just went to my mail box I have had my biometrics appointment scheduled.
just wondering in the biometrics could be the cause for the RFIE or if I’m likely to get another notice in the mail for something else?

was asked for RFE (evidence) for my I-485. Does this effect my I-765 and I-131 processing times? Do they hold processing for those before the evidence has been provided?#

Medical Examination response RFE
I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS but it's been 1 week and still nothing. I had no hope of being approved soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams
Do you think you could have my approval before the end of the year?
