Received PF confirmation 1-23-24 valid 1 year .Received EAD combo card for 5 yrs on 2-24-24 . ...no further updates. On 1-28-25 received a new PF -expires in 6mths....Looking forward to the final leg.#thewait#VAWA# What your time-line for 2023 filers? You got this!

Hi everyone, I submitted my I-140 petition under the regular processing route on February 23, 2024. I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) and submitted the response on August 1, 2024. Since then, I have not received any further updates on my case. I would appreciate any advice on whether it would be advisable to upgrade to premium processing at this stage or if it is better to wait a bit longer. Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Finally I130 approval. October 27 2023. 🙏🙏🙏 we start in Nebrasca, then we knew that was in Potomac then the approval come from Texas.. Any ideia after then send to department of State the interview?
