Exciting News!
My I-485 has officially been Approved! Block :MSC259009 PD: May 2023, ROW. This came through just one week after I reached out to my local congressman's office for help expediting my I-765 (work permit). Whether it was coincidence or not, things moved fast after that intervention. To anyone waiting or feeling stuck--don't hesitate to advocate for yourself or seek help from your congressional reps. You never know what could make the difference. Thank you God for listening to my prayers!

Congratulations! My PD is April 2023. I filed I-485 and I-765 on first week of October, 2024. I received my EAD on November 2024. Do you think is it okay to reach out to the state congressman at this point?

@mdk am I guess your PD is April, 2023. I was worried about my current EAD expiring soon. That is why I reached out to the congressional rep. I am sure decision for your case could be coming soon.

@Ahmed Ah RFE was about Birth certificate. I was on starting my OPT STEM extension when I140 was approved and currently my I485 was approved a few days to the end of my STEM extension.
