last year March 15 2024 case was transferred to national benefit center in Lee Summit.
They send a notice saying in order to fast track my case they sent it to National benefit center. fast track they said 😂

it’s just insane to me that it’s taking 800+ days to go through one application while they setup a system to crack down illegal
immigration within two months. the mail I got said in order to fast track my case they transferred it. what if they don’t fast track it ?

im in the same boat. I’m getting divorced now, I will have to send all the documents and the decree to update my case, my case is from march 2023 National benefit center, this is insane

how do you tell if you are under 3yrs or under 5 to qualify for N400?

@C k m If you’ve had your green card for 2 years and 9 months plus still married with the same person whom you collect your green card through then you can file for N400 under the 3 years rule. But if you’ve divorced you have to wait for 4 years and 9 months to qualify for N-400
