vawa question
hello folks
i have a question: i have a pending vawa with 40+ month already and i am waiting for their answer for my case. i was just wondering that will ead(combo card) immediately terminates if the USCIS denies vawa case ? because i need to travel back to my country.
if anyone have had this kind of situation, please share your experience. thanks beforehand

Estimated time until your case decision: its like a yo-yo! Mine went from 10 : 12 : 10 : 9 to 8 months all in a couple weeks. You never know what the estimated time frame would be when you log on. I’ve been reading different forums (because what else is there to do while I wait) I’ve notice that it does change when you upload unsolicited evidence, when someone looks at your case and also when case is transferred to a field office. It may increase in some instances and decrease in others. Any update for whoever is waiting for 485 approval!
Medical already has been submitted 90 days ago , still nothing showed on uscis online account,
90 days passed.
does anyone have any update please share.

Hi everyone I got an RFE last month for a birth certificate and resubmit form I864. In the RFE they asked only for the year 2023 tax return however, he did not file taxes for 2021 and 2022 due to unemployment because of the pandemic. he has been working since end of November 2022, and makes double the poverty guidelines. what should I do about the years he didn’t file. Also should I get a joint sponsor? I’m very apprehensive about it as I don’t want to risk denial.

I got my EAD & advance parole approved already
my 1-130 was approved feb 16th 2024
do you guys kno how much longer of a process will it takes to appproved the 1-485 ???
I-485 - Step 3 of 4 completed - Interview Waived? 🤔
Today I looked to my case online, this one says 3 steps are complete where
1. Case Received (completed)
2. Attend biometrics appointment (if necessary-completed )
3. Attend interview (if necessary-completed)
4. Case decision (current step)
Does this mean our interview has been waived?
I-765 got approved a couple of days ago for a period of 5 years
I-130 only says “Case has been received”
I-131 not yet processed, payment hasn’t been cashed either
Both pending cases said an estimated of 19 months

hi! vent on interview everything was good, few questions ask and on the end oficer ask me nicelly about court order from home country which i didnt have, i only hade police clearence so she hand me yello paper and and said to email it to embasy my court order which i did same day, but its been exacly one month now including holidays ! im so frustraited , i been waiting for this interwiew for years and years 😔!
i have my wife and son in florida and im here in my home country far away 🥺
