I had my INTERVIEW TODAY!! and I’m so confused.
So I had my interview today, it went on for a good
45 minutes.
According to me it went well until the very end because at the end the officer said I was missing the I-864 form, and said she can’t see why it was exempted and I need to submit that 💔 she said they will send the form in the mail but when I came out and called my attorney she said I-864 doesn’t apply to vawa applicants and we had already filed a waiver (i-846W) for it. I googled asked 10 other people about it and everyone says the same thing that that I-846 mostly gets waived for Vawa recipients.
I’m so damn confused and upset now that the officer was unaware of it or what!!
the officer said they’re going to send a rfe/the form in the mail and once they receive it they will make a decision 😭
what do I expect now. Does anyone have any information regarding this. Did this happen to anyone?? My attorney said once they receive the RFE for I-864 they’re going to respond with the waiver. At this point I’m very upset, disappointed and confused and I can’t even be happy because the interview went really well until that form thing came up 😵💫

I had my interview today and glory be to Gid it went smoothly. The officer said she is going to go ahead and approve my case and that I will receive my approval notice in 2weeks I give God all the glory it's been a long journey almost 3yrs since I filled my I 130 I pray that rhe good Lord will see all us through. 🙏.

My AP got approved last month but I did not dare to use it right now.
EAD July 2024.
Now I'm just waiting for them to mail it :)) good luck y'all

I submitted 751 on 04/2022 due domestic violence .
They as RFE two arrest
first was only fingerprints at court for Deivi g with out valid DL I paid and I sent case close and paid .
second one was DUI charge
I had attorney we went to trial and was NO GUILTY,
it was no probation or anything .
I sent documents from court and case closed .
my case I VAWA and I worry with new administration.

My 140 was approved Oct.2024 and I submitted 485 and 765 in this January.
Luckily, my ead and green card were approved in 2 and half months w/o RFE.

I came on F1 visa and got married to us citizen. I have to renew my work permit and category is C09.
My F1 visa is expired. And i have travel document.
My recent i94 shows class of admission is DA.
I am confused what to fill out in question 24 and 25
I use my passport number or travel document in questions 21-23 ?
