@shenni law did you recieved interview letter for I-130 or I-485 or both？ cause i only recieved I-485 interview but the same day I also saw online that my I-130 status says “Interview Was Scheduled.” However, I haven’t received the I-130 interview notice letter in the mail.

@clo Emmanuel. im a US citizen and applying for my husband. i did go in with him and they ask about my child birthday and each others Dob and how we met each other. so she told me to go out wait in the waiting room and my husband is in there with a translator. The lady asked him about his F1 visa and some questions about laws and W2 .

i did an i130 interview in March am waiting on my approval, they didn't have to take so long because me and my husband have a child together and planning on having more but I need my approval first so I can bring my other children to live with me here. they on the filling also.

@clo Emmanuel its better to go with your child. My son is in China to visit grandparents. so i guess thats why i didnt get approve right away？
