I485
I submitted I140,I485 at same time on 27th JAN 2024.
I changed to PP I140 3 weeks ago
My question that does I485 process after approve I140 or separate process it?

they start working on it after the I140 approval. no specific timeline for approval for I485

@JM I If it was a concurrent filing, they start in parallel. i have a similar situation and I was issued RFE on 485 for birth certificate even before my i140 approval.

@JM I Progress tab in online account shows the stage of i-485 application. Please let us know when your I-140 gets approved. I am also thinking of changing to PP
