@clear Meeks did you receive another email recently saying “we have taken an action on your case” but really nothing changed on your account/status?

@iroda sadullaeva I only got an update stating that they received my rfe on January 15 I called last week they told me I should hear something within 3 weeks but I don’t know what to believe because before Emma told me I would have gotten an outcome within 60 days

been waiting for 111 days.

been waiting for 266 days after ref sent and got interview rescheduled aka cancelled

@iroda sadullaeva Each case is unique and different. I can say it varies from one to another, especially during this critical leader administration. You’ve got to believe and have extra patience. My husband and I decided to hire lawyers before the interview so we can be better prepared. Mine: PD July 2024

It’s depends on the officer handling the case. Cases are different also. You can only wait and pray for the best!
