Hello, family,
I feel like we got skipped. Our Priority Date (PD) is March 2023. I became a U.S. citizen in June 2024, and we upgraded our case to IR1 in July 2024. It’s been 21 months, and we haven’t heard anything. The stress is becoming too much. This consular processing is for a beneficiary from the Philippines.

I-130 Marriage Timeline
Hey everyone, wife and I just hit one year today in the process. Reading over everybody’s experiences I can tell this is a much more daunting task than we originally thought. Think I just wanted to vent about how while I understand there’s a process, it seems absurd how much time we’ll have to be apart from one another since we’re going about this the legal way. Love her to death and didn’t think moving a canadian to the states would be hard! Wish everyone who’s going through this a good weekend and hope you all get some good news!

deportation case
I have filed for I30 and i485 since Nov 2021 and I am still waiting for approval. Although I have sent medicals and I have completed 1st and 2nd interview. I have also contacted USCIS by phone severally and they said nothing is wrong. I currently have a deportation case and have tried to dismiss it but i was unable to at my master hearing due to my I30 still not being approved. I asked my attorney to file prosecutionary discretionary but the state prosecutor has not responded to any of her appeals. Please what else can be done to help with dismissal of my deportation case, so my USCIS case can move forward. Thank you

It’s been a hell of a ride! since December 24 2021 to January 13 2025.
I finally got my green card. today! lawfully never fails me. and please guys send your out of processing time request and watch.. my case started six months after I sent an out of processing time to them.

i-485 reopened after uscis error. i-765 (C9) renewal is still pending, is it safe to return to work?
I-765 renewal was filed before my ead expired, but it was later denied due to a uscis error on my i-485. USCIS corrected the issue and reopened my i-485 but EAD card has expired & my newly submitted i-765 is pending. Can i return to work?
