Case Approved
PD: 12th Jan 2024 Hello people! Finally my case got approved yesterday. I’m happy to announce this news. Also, for people who has received msg or email from USCIS saying “we have taken action your case” but didn’t receive approval. First, wait for 2-3 days to update on your uscis account. If still didn’t see, that’s means they have send your case for security Check to FBI and Interpole. This mostly happens when you marry some outside USA. It took 3 weeks to do verification of my case. I received notice on 7th April and they verified everything and now it’s approved. Be patience and believe in God, you all will get approval very soon. #approved #i130

@Ronal Patel It seems like I’m in the same situation as you. I received the email on May 12, and it’s been a week with no further updates. Why do you think the case would be transferred to the FBI or Interpol? I’m honestly really hoping for that too.
Ronal PatelMay 18, 2025
@Amy Nguyen Don’t Worry! within 3 weeks or so! you receive the update! security checks takes upto 2-4 weeks for clearance. This is mostly happening to foreign spouse, if you married in other country. They send the docs to FBI for name check and from there they might ask to your country’s embassy or consulate to verify the Marriage Certificate. In further, they might ask you for evidence which is very rare. hope you and your spouse with no criminal background. Then I’ll be quick!

@Ronal Patel Oh. Thank you so much for sharing. My husband and I don’t have any criminal records. We’re just two people who have remarried. You know, marriage isn’t always a diamond that lasts forever. This is my husband’s third marriage. But we have a child together who already has U.S. citizenship, and we truly love each other. So this waiting is extremely painful.
