these forms cannot be expedited. process time depends on your location it takes up to 18 months sometimes more because of their backlog

While there's no direct way to "expedite" Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) or Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), applicants can request expedited processing in certain circumstances.
