after interviewing
yesterday I had my interview, they asked about all my addresses in chronological order, i messed this up really bad, I couldn’t remember i lived in several addresses within 8 years, my interview took about 1.5 hour, he was extremely pain in the butt. long story short I FUCK IT UP.
anyone has experienced the same situation? I’ll probably have another interview.

my Lawyer use to tell me the immigration process is slow now ,this and that ,I never stop praying and believing.
I took the matter in my hands by writing immigration for inquiries ,sending mails , calling to set up appointments to get more information about my case .the day I was scheduled to go for my appointment I woke up to a Uscis notification .

No Update on I-765 After Biometrics – I-485 Interview Scheduled
I submitted my application for employment authorization together with my I-485 application on November 18 last year, but there has been no update on my I-765 since my biometrics appointment in December. Now, I’ve been scheduled for an interview for my I-485. Is anyone else in the same situation?

February 10, 2024 (We received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and sent you a receipt notice).
April 28, 2025 (We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.)(approval letter was in document section.
April 29, 2025 (Case Approved)
May 2, 2025 (Case Was Sent To The Department of State)
May 2, 2025 - I just got welcome email from NVC and just paid the fees.
May 8, 2025 - Submitted all documents to NVC (CEAC)
May 19, 2025 - All required applicant documents have been received and approved.

I have been checking the progress of my documents on the uscis website . 3 weeks ago it said 9 months to decision( which is the accurate timeframe based on the website). Today my husband checked it , it says 19 months to decision, Am I the only person that got this ? I’d really like to know because this is getting super frustrating.
N-400-Oath Ceremony Scheduled
Finally, my long and arduous immigration journey is coming to an end very soon. I received from the USCIS the notice of the Oath ceremony this morning, and it's taking place middle of next month, at the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, in downtown Chicago. May my steps never falter before then.
AOS visa bulletin
just sharing my thoughts:
It make sense that being done with 2023 is a good target for the processing centers, especially with the upcoming new fiscal year, I think the visa bulletin will jump from August to the end of December (not now but with the new fiscal year).
I think the upcoming bulletin will have little (1/2 weeks) to no mouvement at all ….
waiting fora receipt notice over 8 weeks
hey house I got approved in January 2025 for VAWA and I sent a letter to the court to terminate my removal proceedings that and that granted in FEB . My concern is that sent my I485 in feb 9 still waiting for a receipt notice till date. my lawyer say sometimes it takes time .
please what do you guys think?
