means your case is being worked on by an officer.... An approval is close by in most cases.Check your documents tab in your USCIS account

Nothing to worry about. It doesn’t really mean anything. Simply that the case is being picked up reviewed again. I got my “active review” on May 30th 2023 and the second one on Feb 17th 2025 (96 days ago).
