Address Change
So I was having a chat with Emma and she said my case has been returned to uscis for additional review, I asked why and this is what she said "USCIS mailed a document to you at the address we had on file at that time, but the post office returned it to us." I made a change of address since January!! online on uscis, was I supposed to go into USPS and make that change as well to receive mail from uscis? She also said I could've made the change while it was our for delivery, anyone had this issue? And what do I do in order for them to resend it? I changed my address it since JANUARY!!! help!

May be the address change you made was not done properly on the USCIS portal. I changed my address online and I have been getting mails from USCIS in the new address.

@Rooney Ron I triple checked, it's correct and I haven't changed it since that one time

I'm having the same issue with my new address. I called USCIS and gave them my new address and every time I call them, they still have my old address. can someone help me pls. my receipt notice got sent bk due to them having my old address. I am in the process of removal of conditions.
