sister- in law finally Became a US Citizen
she’s married to a US citizen
she had he conditional green card
she applied for removal of conditions and received the 24 or 48 months extension receipt.
90 days before reaching the 3 years of being married/permanent resident- we file the N-400 on July 4th 2024
included all the required documents.
(they owed some taxes, we provided reciept of payment plan with the irs)
we had no RFE and both her removal of conditions/ N400 processed together- her husband wasn’t needed during the interview.
on 02/04/2025 she became a US citizen- so she never receive a 10 year green card. I am so happy for her and I’m happy I file the the form for her. I am not a lawyer and I don’t really know much about immigration. but I researched a lot before filing for her and doing it that way was the quickest.
so far I’ve file my own n-400 and mother-in -laws we’ve all been approved with no RFEs. good luck to you all.
Thank God
Finalmente mi Camino termino gracias a Dios espero que todos Sean aprobados en Los proximos Dias. Gracias Dios

Renewal of EAD and I-131 (AP)
Hi Folks!
I want to renew my EAD and I-131. I searched it YouTube and online but didn’t get any clear instructions even though in USCIS instructions page. If you have any sample or instructions based on Eb3 unskilled category. Please help me.
I will be very greatful to you.
Thanks and best regards
Waiting For the RFE (I 485)
Hello Community,
My Vawa got approved in last July,
and then they send me RFE for I 485 on October, but the RFE went back to USCIS, and I try to send them the request multiple times, even with the physical letter.
still did not heard anything back from them.
what’s going on with USCIS right now,
and anyone else experiencing the same situation?
thanks

Hello everyone
🚨 USCIS Denied My I-130 – I Filed a Motion to Reopen! 🚨
My I-130 petition for my wife was denied because I mistakenly submitted the wrong Form I-130A after receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE).
To fix this, I filed Form I-290B (Motion to Reopen) with the correct I-130A, the denial notice, the RFE, and the required fee.
Now, I’m waiting for USCIS to review my case. Has anyone else filed an I-290B? How long did it take?
