Experiencing a 503-day waiting time on a NIW. Any advice?
How do/ should I switch to PP at this stage?
Is it worthwhile to pursue PP after submitting a response to a Request for Evidence? I am having second thoughts. I hope they won't ask for an additional RFE.

vawa i360, i765, i131, i485 receipt
I have filled i360, i765, i485, i131 all together. USCIS NEBRASKA received my package on 9th dec and i have received receipt number by 1 week of Jan 2025.
I have received receipt number only for i360, i have received biometric too for i360.
Is there anyone who fille all 4 case and received only 1 receipt.

Hi everyone recently I got my I130 approval and just now got emails with how to log in to the department of state and it says interview location ciudad juarez? So my question is if we submit everything will there still be an interview in Juarez or can I be approved without an interview? Anyone who’s gone to Juarez how scary is it for the interview ? I’m so nervous and a bit scared 😟
expedite request
It’s sad that they would deny my expedite request without even giving me the chance to provide evidence. My fiancée is in danger and only has a small amount of time to get out before she gets trapped there permanently. even if our visa got approved during the normal time there would be no way for her to leave. all the airports and ways out of the country will be closed off. It pisses me off that they wouldn’t even look at any evidence. my girl risked her freedom to provide me the evidence.

So as you know I was following api json updates and the action emails. Most people said when they got 1 email 2 days after they received another then approval. Also they notice that case was looked at a few times between emails. Maybe I’m crazy but it happened in that very order. #widow #I485 #USC

Hello everyone,
I am a F1 student and I filed I-130 last year in April. Back then my priority date wasn’t current and I didn’t file I-485. However, the recent visa bulletin shows 15JUL24 as the filing date. My petition is still at the “Case was receive …” stage, and I was wondering if I am eligible to file I-485 and I-765 at this time? my student visa may expire sometime this year, and I am worried about my status. thanks for your help!
