NOID
I sent in my respond to my NOID through mail more than a week and there as been no update from USCIS. Is it recommended to upload the evidence as well just to be on the safe side. it’s getting close to my deadline.

@Noble One I don’t trust the post office . after more than a week the status of delivery is still saying “awaiting delivery “ I contacted them and was told it was delivered but postman didn’t scan document

@s l Who told you that it was delivered? Was there a tracking number? You can upload but there is a chance it will not be looked at. Try calling USCIS, look up the number, say “info pass” you will get a real person.

@Kingsley B I put in an inquiry with the USPS and they return my called was told my packaged was delivered from the 20th but she told me he didn’t scan my package upon delivering it which is why the status is still saying “awaiting delivery.“ I also did return receipt and I am yet to receive it. So better safe than sorry I went ahead and uploaded everything

@s l Yes, it is better to do what you can. Upload to the site and hopefully everything goes well. I am sorry that you received a NOID. I can imagine it is very stressful for you.

it took them about a month to update on my online account that they received my response. my NOID say to either upload or mail in and not both so I did just mail.

@Annabel Jean its close to 3 weeks and still no update. Yes mines says that as well but was having issues with the post office, when I track it still doesn’t mark as delivered but I made an inquiry with usps and they reached out to me and let me know it was actually delivered. that gave me some doubt so I uploaded as well. better safe than sorry.
