traveling on advance parole
don’t be fearful, I just came back in country today and my port of entry was Miami. I was taken to secondary inspection and told to have a seat , no questions were asked, after a few minutes an officer called out my name and said I’m good to go he handed me my passport and combo card and said welcome back enjoy your day.
do not let fear overpower us , prayer and work conquered all.
Journey Complete, Finally a Citizen!
I just had my combo interview for green card removal of conditions and also naturalization and everything went smoothly and had the oath ceremony after. Thank you all for the support throughout the years and let me know if you have any questions!

EB1-C no updates from NBC (case currently reviewing) since long time.
EB1C here, i485 submitted July2024, now stuck at case decision since long time, when I checked in Lowfully today in the section (Your ranking) I saw that service center changed and my ranking 43, are these updates are genuine updates or what. any thoughts ?

Today completes 1501 DAYS for me since I initially applied, applied for vawa in December 2020 (I-360, i-485)
•(I-360) vawa got approved on 26th September 2024, (3.7 years)
•(I-131) advance parole was approved on 12th Oct 2024
•(I-765) work authorization was approved on 6th Nov 2024
•(I-485) transferred to NBC on 21st November 2024
•RFE for medical was requested on 6th December 2024
•sent in the medicals rfe on 15th January 2025
•the medicals was revieced in 23 January 2025
And I’m just here hoping and praying everyday.
IS THIS PROCESSING TIMELINE NORMAL? I thinks way out of the processing times ☠️
Processing time
Hi, my PD is may 6, 2024 and my case is in Texas Service Center. The estimated processing time moved from 5 months in January to 3 weeks, then 2 and later 1 week. After that it shows “Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times”. I know we can’t relate to uscis processing times but does anyone know when it’s gonna show a specific estimated time? Like months or weeks?
No sign of AP and March bulliten predictions
I got my EAD but no sign of AP. dependent got combo card! I don't know what to do. has any one tried expediting with senator?
my PD is Feb 3rd 2022. I really really hope for some movement for eb1 India in March bulliten...any thoughts?

I have applied an I-130 for my wife on March 22, 2024. it says “as of April 12, 2024, we are actively your I-130 Petition…etc” I’ve been seeing that message for months! anybody have any idea why? it also says nothing outstanding on their records. shouldn’t I have got case decision by now? also our ranking keeps going up!

my journey has come to an end. I filed everything myself using Kseniya international videos on YouTube and some other videos. I was on H1B visa.
also I used my Advance parole document last month to re enter US and it was a very smooth process 😊
