Presence of lawyer for interview
Hi everyone I wanted to hear some advice about whether to attend my interview (i-130,i-485) with or without my lawyer. My husband is the petitioner, and we both don't need a translator and have no tickets or anything but still have a lot of thoughts on it. 🤦‍♀️

please my advice to you is go with a lawyer, a friend of mine told this and it was the best advice someone gave me, these officers see these lawyers on a daily basis some have a relationships or know each. so they advice you accordingly before you are called in

@Beaver S Please save yourself and hubby the mental and emotional stress by going with an attorney.... I've read cases here in which even though spouse relationship is legit IO still drills both petitioner and beneficiary and treats their interview like a STOKES INTERVIEW separating them A lady shared hers sometime ago on this platform
