My interview is scheduled for March 12, and I’m incredibly excited and happy about it! I do have a question, If everything goes well during the interview, will I be approved on the spot, or will I need to wait for a decision afterward? Additionally, if I am approved, how long does it typically take to receive the green card?

Hello, my process is I-130 IR1. My data is 08/21/2023. 1.5 months. At Potomac services, has anyone already been approved? It's so frustrating to see that it hasn't been approved yet and even worse to see that there are people who have already been approved and are from September. 😕 I'm extremely upset and sad.

How long does it take for NVC to schedule interview? NVC confirmed and approved our docs on June 2024. Just waiting for the interview. I petitioned for my spouse, priority date August 2022 :( Texas Service Center. Praying for a scheduled interview soon, or even better, a waived interview. 🙏🏻

hey, I just recently found this community here and I keep seeing that most of the cases got “case is being actively reviewed by uscis” after a few weeks/months after submission We submitted our case on April 13, 2024 but ever since then we haven’t heard anything and it is still saying “case was received and a receipt notice was sent” In case it is important: my husband is a US citizen, we submitted the form online and I am still in my home country, we are doing consular processing Did anyone else experience this? Should we reach out to someone? #i-130 #uscis #cr1 #consularprocessing

We currently only have our marriage certificate as evidence. I could not open a joint bank account. We are staying at a friend's house in Turkey and I do not have any bills on me. InshaAllah I will have a child soon, this is my only proof. What should I do in such a situation?
