any body working for sponser PD not current?
hi my beautiful lawfully community,
anybody here working for the sponser waiting for the PD to be current and waiting to apply I-140 and I -485?
are you guys working on the wage based on PWD.
are you guys getting paid the determined wage before receiving work permit based on EB-3 category

You don’t need to work for your I-140 sponsor before I-485 approval. You can work for any company for any wage. You need just confirm that the job offered to you in Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, remains a valid job offer that you intend to accept when USCIS approve your form i-485.

what if I already started working for the sponser but my wage is less than the PWD.
