VAWA CATEGORY
Hello
when I submitted my Vawa my ex-spouse was a green card holder, after I received the Vawa approval it says:
“Class: IB1
Category:SLF-PET SPOUSE OF USC”
does that mean that he’s now a Citizen, am I going to be place on the immediate relative?
