@Muhammad E. Did you ever receive any update like 'Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It' or something etc, before you get this recent update for RFE?

dont worry too much about it once you get the letter in the mail you take it from there,they can ask for anything literally could be for good moral character,evidence of good faith marriage,proof of abuse so just make sure to work with your lawyer if you have one if not make sure to take your time in responding to the rfe accordingly,the good thing is they’re working on your case and hopefully everything goes well you will be approved soon. good luck dear 🙏🏽 by the way I am also from August 2022 5 pf so far

it might be good moral and police background check if you have not submitted it. just like mine, immediately I submitted it 2 weeks later it was approved and medical was sent out and before you know it green card in your hands. wish you luck

@Margaret walker I submitted police clearance and FBI background check with my initial packet. I didn’t file concurrently because I was in removal, but I filed my I-485, with medical, last year after my removal was dismissed.
