@p o : There is always the option to sue USCIS if you need an answer sooner. Your case is clearly beyond normal processing time (5 years in a few weeks.) To sue USCIS, which is called the writ of mandamus, you will need the assistance of a licensed immigration attorney, if you're not already working with one. Also, given the current atmosphere we're living under, having a licensed immigration attorney with you reduces the chances of ICE picking you up at your interview, and it also reduces the chances of the USCIS officer treating you a certain way if you happen to get an officer that is not immigrant-friendly or has an attitude. Last but not least, working with a licensed immigration attorney can reduce your chance of being referred to immigration court for a decision if you have a compelling case. Either way, best of luck.
