Petition for Parents
I applied to petition for my parents, but their applications were sent to different states—one went to Texas and the other to Vermont. The filing dates are only two days apart, but the processing times shown are quite different: one says it will take about 8 months for a decision, and the other says 3 months. Since I’m the petitioner for both, is there a chance they could be approved at the same time? Also, for those who’ve recently filed and received approval, how can I estimate when I can expect an approval? thank you!!

Hello, I have a complicated scenario and need some feedback. I applied for asylum 10 years ago and was in pending court date for years. I did not have any other status while my asylum case was pending. However, I applied for TPS 4 years ago and dismissed my asylum case with the court. I am married to a GC holder (not a citizen yet). my I-130 is already approved. Am I able to file for AOS based on my marriage or do I have to wait for my spouse to become a US citizen? one of the lawyers told us that I am not eligible to do AOS until my spouse becomes a citizen because pending asylum case is considered unlawful presence which I am not sure it does. Please share your feedback, thanks.
is there still interview waivers during current administration, what kind of questions?

I am on EB2 National interest waiver I-485 , what kind of questions they ask in the interview? are they digging deep to what I wrote in I-140 or questioning it ?
because it has been more than a year and I haven’t yet achieved proposed endeavor.
Do I need to be self employed in NIW if I said I want to be not limited to an employer or can I work still in my field for an employer ?
Do they do interviews only when final action date is current ?

i-360 filled nov 20 2020 , I got the receipt , not fingerprint needed, never I got any update until jul 2 2024 i-360 approved, September 2024 RFE for I485 because I got an interview for marriage
i130 and the officer left my i485 opened. on oct 3 2024 usisc got my medical exams RFE , on oct 30th an update i360 my document received and usisc is active working on it , passong 4 months and I didn’t received any respondfrom national benefits center .
FINALLYYYY ON MARCH 6 my Green card is being produced after 5 long years Finallyyyyyyy thanks God
