@Khan 804 I did a research few months ago, and around 70% of asylum based greencard were approved within 50-70 days after RFE, 20% within 4-5 months and 10% around 7-11 months. With this administration I would say maybe 50% we will get it this summer and 50% autumn, winter maybe

my asylum granted last year April and I applied Aug 12 and I submitted my medical feb 25 this year still showing ref response almost 300 days still waiting

@Khan 804 What does it mean if your case ranking is 36/300? What does it show? Does it mean you’re closer to getting green card or the process in your case is going to take longer? Also, when did you apply for the green card? I’m asking this is because I applied mine last August

@Khan 804 So based on what you said to me, do you mean that the closer number to 1 is, the more likely you’ll be the next message where it says “New card is being produced” and the closer we are getting to get the green card in our process? Like for example, if our ranking is 34 or 36/300, does it mean we’re closer to getting the green card than someone’s ranking who’s is 50/300??? I hope my point makes sense to you

Yes you’re right, My app is showing me next message case was approved within 94 days. but no one actually until GC in hand

@Khan 804 oh okay! your words are actually giving me hope cuz I check my case for GC everyday but there is no update and I get worried about it since the waiting time is very lengthy and exhausting and I keep thinking how long it will take for my GC case to get approved
