Finalllyyyyy!!! case approved
I traveled home and back on my advance parole in January 2025. I received an update on my case right after (in February) our interview was scheduled for Apr 2. a day later it was canceled and then the following day it was rescheduled for Apr 16. my husband I attended the interview and instead of an in person interview it was virtual. we brought our 3 kids, first 2 from previous relationships and the baby from our marriage. the officer pretty much asked for my husbands birth certificate and any document that proves he's a US citizen. my husband did not have any document since he got his citizenship when his mom became a us citizens (he was a minor) then he joined the military. he had nothing but his US passport to prove this. Mind you, we did the paperwork ourselves and we did not send his naturalization paperwork, we thought the passport was enough. I still believe if we had more proof of his citizenship we wouldn't have to attend any interview. but anyway, the interviewer asked us how we met and when the relationship became serious. we told him we grew up in the same community back home and we've been together since we were kids. the only questions directed to me were the yes/no questions from the 485. today we got an update that our case has been approved. we couldn't be happier. if I end up pregnant again, we all know why 🤣 we just gon call the baby “approved” 🤣😭😭 thanks to all of you who gave me hope and encouragement. stay strong my lawfully family, hang in there. ill stay here to answer any questions regarding the process and my timeline and give my full support

Case approved!🎊🎉
Hello everyone, I have been waiting for so long to share this message with all of you. My case has been approved yesterday.😭 My case date is April 15th 2022 in California Center. I woke up today depressed, but I was thinking… number 17th has always brought something to me. I went to the gym and than head back to my apartment and I thought maybe I should go in castestatus.ext web to see who was approved today. There were 30 pages for April 16th!! I wasn’t motivated enough to see all of it but I thought I should because why not?!! when I arrive at the last page I see my number… I couldn’t believe it!! I had to make sure, I went in different apps and trying to see if maybe I am experiencing a shock… no it was trueeeeeee!!!!😭😭😭😍😍 my case has been approved. I prayed everyday! I cried everyday! 5 years long distance with my husband has not been easy but we made it! I sobbed, I cried I called him and told him. This was a moment that I wasn’t sure if I was sobbing because of the hell we have been through or because everything is coming to an end… I am so happy but in the same time shocked and scared of a new life that I have been waiting for so long. This has not been an easy journey but I promise you I wouldn’t change it for nothing. We are who we are because of what we have been going through, we have proved we love each other when everyone was doubting us! I have no words to express how I feel because I pray each day each one of you soon will be experiencing the same feeling! God help people to be united, be healthy and live their life close to their beloved ones! I love you all! May Allah bless you with good news soon!❤️
