No Prima Facie
hi everyone, I filed June 2022, July 2022 RFe, did not respond until May2023, because my first lawyer messed my application up. to date I have not received a prima facie. my now lawyer says it’s not a must to get one I should just focus on my work permit for right now. should I be concern about not receiving a prima facie? or can my case still be approved without such? #help#

we have two situation with prima faci
if you receive one , you are half approved and it gives you higher hopes comepared to not receive any prima facie
in some case the fillers do not receive the prima facie they still get approved
so honestly it’s 100% depends on what you have file and able to prove the abuse
prima facie is there but its doesn’t give assurance but a positive hope that you are ahead and may not receive RFE towards END

@victory year 2025 thanks for this response. I figure because my 1st lawyer messed up my case then that’s why I didn’t received one. my now lawyer has to file an amendment to VAWA to fix the situation so based on that I’m thinking that’s why I haven’t received any PF
