I-730 is when asylee files to get asylum to the spouse and/or kids inside or outside the country.
I-485 is to get green card.
I-130 is for GC holder or us citizen to bring family to the us or get them GC inside the USA.
I’m not an attorney and these are solely my personal opinions.

I have been in the same situation like yours except my travel document arrived in April after 13 months. My timeslines for all 3 applications are differnet though. I-730 and I-485 (asylum based) are currently taking 15.5 months. I am extremely worried about my I-730 petition. I hope you hear some updates on each one of them soon.
