My lawyer sent my file 360 plus renewal 765 at the beginning of March 2025, I still haven't received any notice. He sent it to Nebraska service PO box 87426, Lincoln NE
And now when I do some research they tell me it's the wrong address. I'm under stress.

Filed I-130 & I-485 concurrently for my mother. RFE was received in November 2024. Still no activity after that!
UPDATE 08/11/25: I contacted state senator to help by making an inquiry to USCIS. Fingers crossed.
UPDATE 08/18/25: USCIS updated both cases that they are still being reviewed.
UPDATE 08/19/25: USCIS updated both cases that they are APPROVED!
UPDATE 08/25/25: USCIS updated I-485 to “Permanent Residency Card has been produced”.
UPDATE 08/28/25: Card received!!!

I waited 2 years and 2 months for all this, I already have my interview, I was a sponsor at first but now I can't because I earn less money and thats hard to find people now days dont want to help even if they can they said no.Why everything is so difficult

We're still waiting but I was just curious, me and my siblings were around 7-9 years old at the time my mother applied for F4 in 2012. Now I'm over 21 and my siblings will age out as well, will I have to apply separately after she gets approved? What's the process going to be?

Mandamus Lawsuit#
It’s have been 10 months since USCIS received my response for rfe medical no approval or interview. Today I have hired a lawyer for mandamus lawsuit.. I have made inquiries myself and with congressman all replies are non sense. last I was told my 485 is in nyc field office , any one else in the same situation here please share your experience thank you in advance

I applied for both the I-130 and I-485 in December 2022. My husband is a U.S. citizen. I received my work permit and travel authorization. In April 2024, I received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) because my lawyer only submitted three photos and a copy of the lease — he was careless with the evidence. I submitted my response in May 2024 with additional documents.
I was scheduled for an interview in June, but it was canceled due to “technical issues” — they said they couldn’t retrieve my file. I’ve contacted my congressman three times, but I keep getting the same generic response. My interview still hasn’t been rescheduled. I also spoke with a USCIS tier 2 officer, but they only told me the case is still “within processing time.” I submitted my medical exam (I-693) in May 2024 as well.
Is anyone else in the same boat? Any advice or suggestions?

Question how long would it take for NVC to respond to it? or to say that I'm Documentarily Qualified and receive consulate/embassy interview?

can he eligible for rtd, if he travel in future with rtd and comeback to US , cbp officer ask to him why he use rtd this time when he already used cop last time . wht he do that situation or use cop instead of Rtd

They are asking for evidence on my EAD
I applied for asylum since 2016. I have been renewing my ead for years now. I just recently received a notice from USCIS to submit evidence. I was not able to see the document in my account so I don’t know what evidence they are requiring now yet. What do you think it might be?
