I have requested for my AP to be expedited, and today I got a notice that it has been approved!!! Also got a 2nd notice, it was for my I 485, and that they have scheduled me for an interview!!! Thank you!! I'm nervous and excited for my interview and I look forward to it! Thank you Lord God 🙏
We are almost there you guys!!!
I hope everyone a wonderful Friday!
The process is so sad it’s almost a joke 🤣 “Actively Under Review” for 19 months now. Yes I’m sure it takes multiple years to investigate if a 8 year marriage with 2 children is real or fake 🤣
I genuinely wonder what kind of clowns run the USCIS 🤡

marriage g. c
Hi guys, I would like to know how to proceed. I was approved yesterday but when I looked at the letter, normally I should have 10 years in my Green card but they gave me 2 conditionals. I got married to my wife on December 16, 2022. We are already 2 and 4 months old. What should I do please?

2024 February filers
Please are there still January to February 2024 I -130 and I-485 Marriage based filers WITHIN the US that have their case pending and have not been scheduled for interview yet? Will our I-130 follow the approval trend for consular processes or is ours different. Please thoughts???
