Got the Request for Initial and additional evidence
PD: Jan/30/2023
I got this message today. I Know my medical expired since it has been more than 2 years since I submitted my medical. I was hoping to get just the additional evidence but It also mentions inital evidence. Has anyone got this message? could this be just the medical or is there more initial documents missing ?
“On July 16, 2025, we mailed a request for initial and additional evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXX . The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for evidence by July 31, 2025, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”

mine PD is June 2022
receipt date Dec 5 2023 - Medical will expire in 2 months

@Deependra chaudhary when I checked with Online agent a week ago if the case has any update and where the case is at. she said no update and the case is at NBC. not sure if it got recently transferred to Field office.

@Deependra chaudhary We filled i-485 Somewhere around March but I-140 was filed on Jan 30 - PD.
