Any update on Texas Service Center I-130 approvals?
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know up to what date the Texas Service Center has been approving I-130 cases? My priority date is February 28, 2024, and it’s still not approved. Waiting has been bringing so much pain and loss… Any updates or experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you!#I-130 #texas #cr1 #cr2
I-130 CSPA Age out question
Hello, my aunt filed for my mom and also us siblings. Had a few questions:
1- Receipt number for WAC# was May 2015. So Is May 2015 my Priority Date?
2- On July 2024, got an update case migrated to Elis, case received receipt not sent. Is that unusual or not. It doesn’t say actively reviewing or approved yet.
3- My DOB is Jan 1997. (18y 4m old when case was filed) I believe my age was frozen as I got filed but I am guessing I will only have 2 years and 8 months until my case gets approved till securing VISA as that’s when clock restarts? let me know if I am wrong.
Is it in my best interest for my case to stay pending until my PD is as close as possible to not age out? thank you.

How long does it takes for NVC to review document and give an interview appointment.My priority date is June 16th 2016 . The was approved 8.5years ago and the who did the application abandoned it ,so i helped my mom and NVC reopened it in April.Thank you for any responses.

hello,
We have our interview and 3 weeks and my previous lawyer said that I don’t have to do another Medical Exam, because it has to be valid at the moment of filling.
Is that true? Or should I still take a new medical exam and take it with me to the interview?

Wow! Today marks the end of our process, and it's just incredible! It only took 91 days for the total approval of our I-765, I-130, and I-485 forms. The whole process was unbelievably fast! We had our interview on May 5th, and the same day, the officer let us know that everything was going to be approved. I'm so incredibly happy and thankful to God and to life for this amazing opportunity!"
