my Cas is denied Today. I got my vawa approved in December. received an rfe about Birth certificate and medicals in January, but my I 485 has been denied today even tho I have never been arrested.

I-485 status update “we are actively reviewing” to “case is being actively reviewed”?
I received a USCIS “action taken” email last week. Status went from “we are actively reviewing your case” (since December 2024 after my fingerprint appointment) to “your case is being actively reviewed” now. I filed I-485 in Nov 2024 with EB2 ROW PD of July 2023 so hoping that I become current by July, if not May/June. Filed I-765 and I-131 but both still pending no update.
What does this status update mean and what should I expect since I’m not current yet?

I contacted my congressman and by a week time I got a mail from his office. it’s basically saying that they made an inquiry to uscis and a response should be received in 45 days. Also, he assigned someone from his office to follow up on my case and left several contacts that I could reach out to if need any assistance. I hope I’ll hear some good news soon.
