any advice will help
need some advice on may 13 2025 Uscis received my son application I-765 and I-485 with his medical this is almost 3 months I haven’t received and r receipt am so confused any suggestion, please, the fourth Prima facial determination letter, and my son name was on it

so I actually tracked it it was delivered on the 13 of may I called Uscis , Customer Service and they told me that my son name is not in the system

should receive it by the end of the month. I filed and they received it on April 7 and I received my receipt the end of July

@God’s Plan but I called and they told me he’s not showing up in there system

@M.O W it’s not gonna show up until they mail it out. I called about 5 times before it finally showed up

@God’s Plan appreciate . because since I file is application, EAD and his I-485 I receive prima facia determination letter, which is name on it but yet when I called, they say his name is not in the system so why his name is on the prima facia determination letter
