USCIS is taking longer than usual to send out the receipts, if you have the tracking number make sure someone signed for it then call the 1-800 and ask for your receipts since you show X person signed for them on Y date. They might rush them for you. Best of luck.

so I actually tracked it it was delivered on the 13 of may I called Uscis , Customer Service and they told me that my son name is not in the system

call back and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer, tier 1 can’t do much but Tier 2 will send an inquiry and they’ll either send out the receipts or will advice on what to do next.

should receive it by the end of the month. I filed and they received it on April 7 and I received my receipt the end of July

@God’s Plan but I called and they told me he’s not showing up in there system

@M.O W it’s not gonna show up until they mail it out. I called about 5 times before it finally showed up

@God’s Plan appreciate . because since I file is application, EAD and his I-485 I receive prima facia determination letter, which is name on it but yet when I called, they say his name is not in the system so why his name is on the prima facia determination letter
