I tried to contact a live agent at USCIS website and this is what he told me : In order to provide specific information regarding this case, you will need to call our Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 with the applicant or petitioner present. My PD is December 15/2023 Texas center,USA citizen applied for spouse ,we are almost 17 months still waiting…In the past the Live Agent told us that our application is in the normal process time but now they require us to call but never answer the phone and my wife is not in USA for it to go there together,I don’t know what’s going on…

The desperate one
Can all the 2023 PD who is not yet approve list their PD and interview date that is already completed?... I just feel like I am the only one who is waiting since early April 2023 because approval begins for 2024 and we are still here without an approval, am feeling desperate right now..... kmt

After getting the email that they have taken action on my account yesterday, this morning I got another email requesting initial evidence but I don’t have anything in my account stating what they need from me has anyone been through this?
