i-140 pending case (case reopened)
I-140 pending decision (PD: March, 2023). Until yesterday: "case was received" Today, I checked online, and it shows "Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration." Note: I have been waiting for 2.4 years and until yesterday I saw "case was received". So it's a pending I-140 decision. I talked with a congressman two weeks back and they submitted an inquiry on behalf of me. And Today I checked the website " case was reopened for consideration"
