Not received any update on my I-130 filling yet
Hi everyone,
I filed an I-130 petition for my parents (as a U.S. citizen) and it’s been almost 13 months now. So far, I’ve only received the receipt notices and no updates about whether the case has been approved or not.
Is this normal? How long does it usually take to get a decision?
Would really appreciate if anyone can share their experience or advice.

I’m so confused. My wife and I have been waiting for so long for our form i130 application to be approved. We both applied while in college but both graduated now and still haven’t heard anything. Don’t know what to do now.
