congrats! did your supplement J got filled dur to changing employer? I am researching this situation as I might need to change employer, my 140 has been approved for more than a year and my 485 is pending for almost 500days… new employer is willing to sign supplement J but I feel I need more data and understand it better so I make the best decision possible. appreciate any information you could share, thanks

Hi! Do you know when your case was transferred to a FO? did you check the APIS? I’m also a EB1C, on day 72 since submission and day 62 since biometrics but seems it’s at NBC…. thanks in advance!
