I do not think that is possible for EB2. you have to get approved and wait till your priority date becomes current.

it’s possible to do it, but it’s risky. you do not know if your I-140 will be approved if you’re not approved you will lose the money. it’s your choice though.

@Johana Almeida yes you can file concurrently. I also filed concurrently before. Good thing you will get EAD with parole. Bad thing yes if your I-140 denied then you loose money.
