submitted RFE for IR5
I submitted the RFE to the Texas Service Center, and the system has been updated to show that the evidence was received. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. This waiting is so exhausting… I just wish I knew how much longer it will take.
Anyone know has exễpriences ?

EAD within 60 days….
I called the USCIS contact center, as I got a job offer I really really want to accept. Have been awaiting decisions after biometrics in June.
My husband could use the financial help now and I am starting to accumulate bills of my own. I called to ask if we could possibly expedite with financial need and my job offer letter. Due to my receipt number starting with MSC, I am unable to submit the request to expedite. The agent on the phone however was sweet, and continued to look at my file. She told me my case says I should receive the EAD card within 60 days. She also added notes to review EAD due to need and job offer.
So let the 60 day count begin…

i485 denied without interview notice
Hi i got denied my i-485 because i didn't recieved my interview notice in mail neither it shows on my online account and because of that they denied my adjustment of status now i file a motion or appeal form i-290b and its still under process its been like 70days any idea what should i do ?
EB1A approval
My timeline dated back to 2021 when I submitted my EB2-NIW ROW. It was denied and subsequently submitted another essentially the same EB2-NIW, which was approved. However, the priority date at the time would not become current before hitting the 6 year limit of my H1B (I am a researcher in science and technology). Other visas were not an option for me. I took a financial gamble by porting to EB1 and here I am.
These last 5 years Lawfully and members kept me updated and my hopes high. I wish everyone the best of luck!

Employment Based i-485 timeline
hi All, my company has filed employment based i-485 along with i-131 and i-765, receipt was generated on 11th June 2025, block number IOE-09-324, its been 36 days and still no update, is there any similar case of IOE-09-324 block, and did you get to schedule biometrics appt OR under processing?
Any VAWA approval from February, 2022?

I’m checking to see if anyone who filed a VAWA petition around February 2022 or any others, has received any updates or approval yet. Mine is still pending, and I’m getting a bit anxious with the long wait.
If you filed around the same time and have received a decision (approval, RFE, etc.), please share your timeline or any updates. It would be really helpful for those of us still waiting.

I can’t wait till they give a decision
all this waiting is just crazy.. this is the second case bc the first one we had since 2022.. was denied the 485 only due to forgetting a waiver 601 or smth like that :( while all the other forms had approvals, including I-130😒 but then had to restart it all over bc of one simple mistake. paid even more money this time and this time the GC is needed urgently due to college reasons. I just wish USCIS could hurry
