@Leo A You are doing a 485 as well? Yes, your case being a field office is good. Mine was approved in less then 1 week without an interview. It could be fast for you or slow if they do a RFE. Wish you the best.

@Kingsley B only the I-130 what about you did you fill both or one how long yours take to be approved

@Leo A I filed my 130 and 485 at the same time. Are you adjusting status? Mine took 9 months. Why are you only doing the 130? Are you doing consular processing? The time frames are very different for different field offices. If you are doing consular, that is a whole other set of time frames. I just read over some of your posts. I am confused about the 130 only? Do you have a removal order? I read something about a question regarding it. The time it takes for each person varies so much. Please do not compare yourself to others as many factors will impact the process. I did an adjustment and I am from Canada. I think Canadians have an easier time with all of this. Stay strong. @Kingsley yes I have removal order from asylum when I loss my case I’m in United already I can’t apply both together because I came without visa then I was parole into United State I have to get my I-130 approved first before I can get my removal order canceled and apply for 485
