change in ranking on i130
I noticed that my rank change from 1/3 ranks to 0/3 rank.. does this mean my case is moving or what does this means...im frustrated alread, my case was July 2023..still waiting

dont rely on lawfully ranking. monitor your official uscis account although their timeline is inaccurate
