I am IOE092518, PD April 2024 Nebraska service center. I am waiting till the end of this month then might go for premium processing.

I am also in the same line... PD 23 Oct 2024. I have talked to my lawyer for PP. But they have advised to wait.

IOE0924 Feb 2024 Nebraska Service and I am still waiting to be approved. I am hoping it will be this month end, I am waiting for approval before doing AOS.

I am also from July 2024. My attorney said the same thing and I told him that I don't give a shit and that I am going for the premium processing no matter what (filed 2 weeks ago). If I get an RFE it's on him to compile the docier and send it. Most attorneys will advise not to do it because it might result in some extra work for them and keep in mind that they do not care about you since they have most likely got all of their payments already.

Thanks everyone for sharing. My case is not strong in my opinion, so I don't feel confident filing PP going against my lawyer's advice. But the wait is excruciating. Feeling very much at a loss about what to do. @KJ kj There's both groups- one group say PP increases rfe & denial, others say it's actually lawyers' way of avoiding extra work. Hard to decide. I paid half the amount for initial filing, rest half would be after approval or rfe, so there's that.

@S A My PD is also July 2024 at Texas, and I switched to PP one month ago but still waiting for the decision. My lawyer said nothing about switching to PP.

@09266 Texas Thanks for sharing. My lawyer strongly discouraged PP every time. So unless I go for it explicitly, it's not happening. It's a tough decision, glad you were able to make it. Wishing you approval.

@Lucyeta OC you should submit an enquiry because your case is now outside normal processing time.
