VAWA March 2025 Approvals
comment below if you applied for vawa and received approval this month (March 2025).
i noticed approvals have been slower. i havent seen any recent posts on vawa approvals since last week. I am hoping and praying that this administration policies dont slow us down even further seeing as they have paused processing asylum cases. God is our strength 🙏
I’ve banked over 600 days of waiting, for those that thing its taking slow!
I-765 took over 300 days to approve and the travel document followed shortly after. Both have 5 year terms on them. Still waiting on the greencard approval, interview went great and we’ve even had our first born son born December of last year. We filed taxes jointly, have a lease together, married for over 2 years now, and everything was carefully curated and submitted using Lawfully premium services. We just uploaded unsolicited evidence today to the USCIS portal under i-130 (taxes and birth certificate of son) and are hoping it could expedite a decision for us.

🎉almost 200 days and fking nothing. I will smoke a cigar, bbq and have a beers on Saturday. You have to celebrate this somehow. in a way this is a achievement 😂 have one for me or us if you can.

I’m so happy , I was so nervous in my interview yesterday ,but my officer was super professional & nice ,it’s took like 15-20 minutes , it was really super fast , I took the oath ceremony a hour after.

recently we received an email there was an update in our case but no update in uscis, decided to ask Emma live representative and told us we were transfer to California Service Center on 03/19, is this a good sign? this is giving me anxiety

hi. sorry to ask but i just received an update regarding my case. it says “request for additional evidence”. what does this mean? i font know that to do from here. it has been almost 14 months of “case is actively reviewed” to this. i dont have a clue on what to do next. i dont know what evidence are they requesting. sorry im just clueless. thanks in advance!
