i-485 based on refugee admission
I started my request in Jan 21st, I got my first biometric appointment a month after but the fingerprint weren't legible , I lost my 2nd biometric appointment, I rescheduled and I went to my 3rd appointment on August 12, on top of that I received a request for initial evidence and I answered 123 days ago. that's the last update in my case. is there anybody else here with the same type of case as me that can tell how long is taking???

Polio RFE: new form or appended old form?
Got an RFE on my I-485 asking for polio vaccine.
For those who successfully responded to this RFE:
Did you bring in a completely new, blank I-693 to your civil surgeon or did you have them append the previous one?
In my case, the one I first submitted is the now outdated form edition.

i751 timeline
I filed on Sept 2023 for my removal of conditions with waiver. is any of you all still waiting like me? my last update was on Dec 2024 - name was updated. i’m getting so worried.
also it’s my 5yr anniversary next year. can i apply for citizenship even if i have mot received any decision for my i751?
Anyone Waiting Long for VAWA I-485 Receipt notices?
Hi everyone, my I-360 was approved in July 2024. I mailed my I-485 on June 6, 2025, and tracking shows it was delivered on June 10 to Lincoln, NE. But until now, I still haven’t received the receipt notice — it has already been about three and a half months. Is this normal?
Also, for those who filed I-485 based on VAWA recently, how long does it usually take now to receive the receipt notice, and about how long does it take for the I-485 to get approved?

Hi All,
My partner procrastinated in filing their tax returns for the last year and ended up sending it after the deadline.
At the NVC stage I know this is required to show proof that they cant support me.
Is there anything we can do/send seeing that he has not recieved the return as yet.

sticky tabs and separators aren’t okay anymore?
Hello! Couldn’t find enough current information about this on the group so decided to ask.
back when I submitted my AOS in 2022 it was still okay to use sticky tabs and colored separators to divide your package.
I have everything ready for my 751 but I found this link https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/recommendations-for-paper-filings-to-avoid-scanning-delays (attached in comments for easy access)
and now I’m confused, if they don’t want these things how are they supposed to know what is what + easy to find for them. Please let me know how are you guys doing it!
otherwise should I just print everything organize and not put any type of separators just send it like that?
