Am I still required to submit Form I-983 (STEM OPT Training Plan) or do any further SEVP reporting? I have a pending F2A 485 since 5/2022. and my extended opt will ended 6/2025. now the school asked me to submit i983, and I really confused: Since using AP likely means I’m no longer in F-1 status, I’m wondering: • Am I still technically considered in F-1 status? • Should I still be submitting evaluations and updates through I-983? • Has anyone had their DSO confirm that they’re exempt from reporting once AP is used? Thanks in advance!
