its been 100days today … I know I have a long way to go, is it possible to get approved by August as in intended to take my wife to my home country in December for a traditional marriage : NOTE : my EAD is not yet approved

Processing time outside of normal Inq

My Husband PD is 8/4/23 last week processing estimate time was 1 week. now it’s says taking more time than usual. we filed I was only few months pregnant and our daughter is about to turn 2 already. supposedly we are on case decision and interview been “waived” completed. at this point I’m a lil frustrated and feel like the time it has taken it’s incredible long plus not having an estimated time to look forward to, makes it worse. I just summited an inquiry for processing time outside of the normal. Had anybody tried that before and if yes, what was the result and how long it took to rcvd a reply. Nebraska Center.

I had my INTERVIEW TODAY!! and I’m so confused.

So I had my interview today, it went on for a good 45 minutes. According to me it went well until the very end because at the end the officer said I was missing the I-864 form, and said she can’t see why it was exempted and I need to submit that 💔 she said they will send the form in the mail but when I came out and called my attorney she said I-864 doesn’t apply to vawa applicants and we had already filed a waiver (i-846W) for it. I googled asked 10 other people about it and everyone says the same thing that that I-846 mostly gets waived for Vawa recipients. I’m so damn confused and upset now that the officer was unaware of it or what!! the officer said they’re going to send a rfe/the form in the mail and once they receive it they will make a decision 😭 what do I expect now. Does anyone have any information regarding this. Did this happen to anyone?? My attorney said once they receive the RFE for I-864 they’re going to respond with the waiver. At this point I’m very upset, disappointed and confused and I can’t even be happy because the interview went really well until that form thing came up 😵‍💫 #i-846

I had my interview today

Hi family I had my interview today and glory be to Gid it went smoothly. The officer said she is going to go ahead and approve my case and that I will receive my approval notice in 2weeks I give God all the glory it's been a long journey almost 3yrs since I filled my I 130 I pray that rhe good Lord will see all us through. 🙏. waiting for my approval notice. All the best guys.❤️

My AP got approved last month but I did not dare to use it right now. EAD July 2024. Now I'm just waiting for them to mail it :)) good luck y'all

USCIS received RFE 02/05/25 asking two arrest

my case is 751 for VAWA Texas center I became Resident permanent on 03/2022 I submitted 751 on 04/2022 due domestic violence . They as RFE two arrest first was only fingerprints at court for Deivi g with out valid DL I paid and I sent case close and paid . second one was DUI charge I had attorney we went to trial and was NO GUILTY, it was no probation or anything . I sent documents from court and case closed . my case I VAWA and I worry with new administration.

I received an email on March 20 saying that they had taken action on my case, I asked Emma and the reason was that they moved me from Texas to Nebraska . Since then there has been no update. Are you close to approval? PD 7 Dec 2023 #uscis

I have an approved VAWA. In February 2024 I submitted the I-485 adjustment of status form. It's been 14 months and I still haven't had a decision. Does anyone have a similar case? Does it really take that long?
